Are your products gluten free?

Allergen information is available for all our products on each of their individual product pages.

Our prepared products, including sausages and burgers, contain gluten and are made in our butchery. We follow a set production process and clean our equipment between the production of different products, however we cannot eliminate the possibility that other products may contain traces of gluten. Therefore we cannot say that our products are gluten free, even if they do not include any gluten containing ingredient.

Across our Farm Shop, we prepare products that contain cereals, celery, crustacea, eggs, fish, milk, molluscs, mustard, sesame, soya and sulphites.
