Do any of your products contain nitrates?

All ingredients and allergens for our products can be found on the product label and on the product’s page on our website. In line with nearly all bacon curing processes, our bacon and ham products are produced using nitrates which help to preserve the freshness of the product. We are always on the look out for new methods or alternatives to nitrates which may become available in the future.
