How will my order be packaged?

Your delivery will be sent in a cardboard box which is fully recyclable and biodegradable. The box is packed with special insulating paper liner to ensure your products are kept fresh and cool for 48 hours. This liner is also fully recyclable. In order to maintain the temperature inside the box, we include gel ice packs. These are completely food safe and can also be refrozen and used again if you wish.

Most of our meat products are packed in either sealed trays or vacuum packed – these packing methods help to preserve the quality of our meat and also give you the best shelf life. All this packaging is suitable for freezing. All our meat products have a label on the outside which provides the Use By date, ingredients and any allergens. Full details of all the ingredients and allergens are also available online on the specific product’s page.

Our bakery products are packaged in a variety of ways. Our pies are dispatched in custom boxes to protect them during transit.
