How long will my order take to arrive?

You can select a delivery date of your choice up to 8 weeks in advance, and you can order right up to midnight the day before dispatch. Your items are made to order daily by our expert butchery and bakery teams and wherever possible, your items will be prepared fresh on the day of dispatch.

For example, an order place before midnight on Monday will be prepared on Tuesday, and then delivered by courier on Wednesday. This means the cut-off point for a Saturday delivery is midnight on Thursday.

Deliveries are made using a Next Day Delivery service. When your order has been dispatched, on the day of delivery you will receive an email with an estimated delivery time.

Your delivery will be sent in a specially insulated box which will ensure your products are kept fresh and cool for 48 hours. Please refrigerate your products as soon as you open the parcel.

It is possible that orders may occasionally take an additional day to arrive due to seasonal variations, increased order volumes, or delays in the courier network.

If you are making a time-critical order – for example for a dinner party or special event – we recommend allowing an extra 24 hours.
