Shipping
We do our best to ship all orders within three working days. We charge a flat rate of £3.95 plus £1 extra for each additional item in your basket. This is our order processing and shipping fee and covers all the ancillary costs of us processing your payment and shipping your goods.
International shipping charges apply.
We use a next day service (where possible) to ship your order. If you are not likely to be at your address on the day of delivery, please include a note for the delivery driver when you checkout. This way, your items will be left as instructed. If you do not provide this information and are not around to receive the delivery, it will be reattempted the next working day.
Delivery will be attempted twice before being returned to us. If this happens, you will be contacted for an additional postal charge to resend your parcel.
